Add an Icon to Your Homescreen

iOS (includes iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad)

1. Tap the share icon
2. Tap "Add to Home Screen"
3. Adjust the title if needed
4. Tap "Add"
5. A new Provider Quick Reference icon appears on your home screen

Android (includes Samsung, Motorola, HTC, and Google devices)

1. Select the three dots in the upper-right
2. Select "Add shortcut on Home screen"
3. A new Provider Quick Reference icon appears on your home screen
